Your Function
As Sales Director, you are responsible for defining, leading, and delivering the commercial growth strategy of Securex across all client segments — from starters and accountants to SMEs and large corporates. You report directly to the CCO of Securex Group and are part of the management team, contributing to the realization of ambitious organic growth targets.
You translate strategic goals into concrete business development actions, market approaches, and attractive value propositions. You actively identify new opportunities, initiate innovative partnerships, and lead your team toward strong commercial performance. With a clear focus on acquiring new clients, you combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, consultative selling, and trusted networking.
Your scope includes:
Developing and executing a growth strategy across all segments for HR & Insurance services.
Leading, coaching, and empowering the sales and business development team.
Building your network and boosting sales conversion through consultative selling.
Monitoring pipeline, forecasting, and market trends, and reporting to the direction committee.
Representing Securex externally as a strong ambassador.
Co-creating campaigns with marketing and partnering with internal business units to shape client‑centric solutions.
Your Profile
A seasoned B2B commercial leader with 10+ years of experience in HR services, HR consulting, accountancy, or professional B2B services.
Confident in building relationships and engaging with senior C‑level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of HR Directors, Prevention Advisors, and Accountants.
Proven track record in closing deals, driving growth, and managing strategic sales and business development.
A passionate networker with a strong customer focus.
Highly data‑driven, familiar with sales excellence, structured sales processes, and enablement tools.
An outside‑in thinker with the ability to translate market insights into innovation.
An empathetic, people‑oriented leader who inspires, motivates, and elevates team performance.
A natural connector who brings different business units together into one integrated client solution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Experience with the accountancy market, a social secretariat, external prevention service, or tender/bid management is a must
