What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for the SME & Large Corporate, aligned with our business ambitions of HR services.
Lead, coach, and empower the sales and business development team.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
Lead by example by building and leveraging your network and boost sales conversion through consultative selling
Drive and monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasting and market trends to steer continuous growth and performance. Report towards direction committee of Securex Group
Represent Securex Group externally as a passionate networker and ambassador of our vision and values.
Collaborate closely with the diverse internal stakeholders (marketing, socials secretary, externe preventiediesnt, consuld and insurance) to shape solutions and go-to-market tailored to your customer segment
Who You Are
A seasoned B2B commercial leader with 10+ years of experience in HR services, HR consulting or B2B professional services.
Proficient in establishing relationships and conversing with senior C-executives.
Result-oriented leader with strong proven track record in ability to close deals, realizing growth via strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management. Lead by example
A passionate networker with strong customer focus
Data-savvy, experience in leveraging data to boost productivity and optimise sales steering of the team. Advocate for systematic and disciplined sales processes. Familiar with sales tools such as social selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong outside-in thinker and able to translate market and customer insighsts into creativity and inspiration for innovation
Empathetic and people-oriented manager: You elevate your team to the next level with your leadership skills. You build trust, inspire, and guide the team in the right direction.
A true bridge-builder: You connect business units (social secretariat, external prevention service, consulting, medical check-ups, insurance, and marketing) into one tailored solution for your client.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
