Your Impact :

 

  • Brand & Positioning – You define and safeguard Securex’s brand strategy, including messaging, value proposition, and brand architecture across all channels. You put Securex on the map.

  • Go-to-Market – You develop propositions and orchestrate integrated launches (campaign, channels, timing, sales enablement).

  • Performance & Growth – You lead (always-on & demand) lead generation (paid/owned/earned), optimize conversions, and build strong lifecycle flows.

  • Sales Enablement – You deliver tools, content, and playbooks that accelerate sales and increase win rates. You’re only satisfied when sales results are top-notch.

  • Partnerships & Ecosystem – You develop co-marketing initiatives with partners and ensure scalable collaborations.

  • Team & Budget – You lead a multidisciplinary team (brand, segment, content, comms, campaign, ...) and manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI.

  • Data & Martech – You set clear and motivating KPIs, dashboards, and experiments; you leverage our martech stack to accelerate insights and automation. You take an outside-in view and ensure our stack remains up to date.

  • Compliance & Governance – You safeguard brand guidelines, privacy, and clear review processes.

 

Your Profile :

 

  • 10+ years of relevant strategic marketing experience in B2B services, with proven end responsibility for both brand and sales performance.

  • Strong in strategic thinking and setting direction. You inspire and have a deep customer experience mindset. At the same time, you enjoy hands-on execution; you’re a driver who loves pace, testing, and improvement. You articulate the marketing vision at executive level.

  • You keep your “eye on the prize” and dare to make (unpopular) decisions. You focus on what has the most impact, continuously manage the ability to execute, and protect your team from overload.

  • A creative and curious mind that dares to think (and act) outside the box and leave the beaten path. You naturally keep up with new marketing trends (tech and non-tech) and have a proven track record in innovative projects. You encourage testing and are willing to pivot when needed.

  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-making and performance tracking are a must for you.

  • Proven track record in successful product/platform launches or branding.

  • Empathetic and people-oriented leader: you elevate your team with your leadership skills. You build trust, inspire, and steer the team in the right direction.

  • You are a bridge-builder, connecting stakeholders (Sales, IT, Business Units & Strategy) around one plan.

  • You communicate fluently, persuasively, and inclusively in Dutch and French, with a good command of English. You make sure everyone is aligned and proud of achievements both within marketing and across Securex.

  • Do you already have experience in a social secretariat or a similar environment? Then you’re an even stronger candidate thanks to your sector affinity!
