La fonction

Your role focusses on offering our clients our services and advice in the field of their employees’ international mobility situations. Your mission entails :

• Legal analysis in terms of labor, social & tax law on a case-by-case basis (carried out for the pre-hiring or review of an employee’s status).
• By means of simulations, helping to define and optimize the salary package and/or draft specific labour contract (salary split, secondment, foreign executives benefitting from the special tax regime, etc.)
• Annual payroll computation overviews (salary split/foreign executives benefitting from the special tax regime/secondment) and set-up of the payroll in collaboration with our colleagues from the Securex payroll agency / from the client payroll agency in order to comply with Belgian and international legislation
• Preparation and filing of Belgian residents’ and non-residents’ tax returns.
• Providing support for a variety of administrative formalities (A1 forms, Limosa, work permits, special tax regime requests, etc.)

Votre profil

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with taxation or tax consultancy.
• You have an affinity with the HR and payroll world.
• You have a higher degree in accountancy, taxation or law, or a degree with a financial/economic or HR orientation.
• You speak English fluently and have a very good command of French and/or Dutch.
• You display excellent communication and organisational skills.
• You are also an enthusiastic, client-oriented colleague.
• You are autonomous and a problem solver.
• You have an affinity for figures and are highly proficient in Excel.
