Program
The e-learning consists of 4 sections, each lasting about ten minutes, which you can complete at your own pace. You can pause the e-learning at any time and resume it later.
How is the e-learning structured?
- In the first section, we zoom in on the hormonal changes during the different phases of menopause. You’ll learn to recognize these phases and discover their impact on your physical and mental health. But it’s not all doom and gloom: menopause is also a time of opportunity and self-reflection.
- The second section highlights the importance of a healthy diet. We separate facts from myths, explain the potential role of phytoestrogens, and share accessible, valuable tips to optimize your eating habits and ease symptoms.
- Section three gets you moving. We start by addressing limiting thought patterns, then focus on muscle and bone strengthening and balance. This way, you can choose what suits you best.
- In the final section, we explore the importance of relaxation and sleep for a smoother transition. No more overestimating our brain and underestimating micro-breaks. You’ll learn how to ease menopause-related stress and how good sleep habits can reduce menopausal sleep disturbances.
