This is the moment to ensure that your company still complies with all pay and labour conditions.
What is checked by the inspection?
In addition to violations related to moonlighting (RSZ declaration) and illegal employment (work permits and cards), social inspectors will check whether the following matters are in order in your company:
- The labour regulation, including all work schedules and the mandatory annexes (such as the annex on psychosocial risks)
- The labour contracts and annexes (part-time labour contracts, student contracts, flexi jobs, temporary workers)
- The control cards of unemployed workers
- The Dimona declaration
- The industrial accident insurance
- Deviation document or registration system for part-time workers (more hours, fewer hours, or changing work schedules compared to the planned fixed or variable work schedule)
- The pay and labour conditions of PC 314.020
- …
Also, be aware that a copy of the labour regulation must be kept at every workplace.
Our tip: Currently, there is no specific checklist for the beauty sector. So make sure to verify that you are correctly applying all pay and labour conditions of your sector.

Previous inspections
As stated in the action plan 2025-2026 of the SIOD (the social information and investigation service), six flash inspections will take place in 2025.
Read more: "The social flash inspections for 2025 are known."
During the flash inspections in the hospitality sector in April 2025, 98 companies were inspected and 25 violations of the labour regulation were found. So make sure that your labour regulation is up to date.
