Construction Sector
In joint committee no. 124, your workers are entitled to one day of mobility leave if they have covered 28,500 kilometres or more in the previous year, which was compensated by a mobility allowance.
For the leave entitlement in 2026, the number of kilometres is calculated for the period from January to December 2025.
When your workers become eligible for one day of mobility leave, they must take it before 31 March 2026.
You will pay for this day as a public holiday.

Electricians
In joint committee no. 149.010, your workers are entitled to one day of mobility leave for every 25,000 kilometres of mobility allowances. The counter resets to 0 every year.
Similar to the construction sector, there may be a right to one or more days of mobility leave based on the kilometres covered that qualify them for a mobility allowance in 2025.
The employees have the entire year of 2026 to take these days. They will be scheduled in mutual agreement with you as the employer.
You also have the option to convert these days of mobility leave into an equivalent benefit. This benefit must be recurring. However, you must review each year whether there is a right to mobility leave and how many days. If you have a trade union delegation in your company, the conversion must occur through a company agreement. If you do not have a trade union delegation, a written agreement between you and your worker(s) will suffice.
