What changes in practice
Until now, when a new tax document was available, you received a notification but still had to identify yourself on MyMinfin to read it. This second step is no longer necessary.
Indeed, since 1st April, the new documents sent by the FPS Finance are directly accessible in your e-Box Enterprise, whether they are income tax forms, explanatory letters or other official communications. This saves you a lot of time and gives you a better overview of your exchanges with the administration.
These documents will be accessible in your e-Box Enterprise for 12 months.
What happens once the 12-month period has expired?
After this 12-month period, your tax documents remain available in your file on MyMinfin. MyMinfin remains the reference platform for the complete file and long-term archiving.
Please note, however, that having access to a company’s e-Box does not automatically grant access to its file on MyMinfin, and vice versa. These are in fact two different platforms, each with its own access rights.
