A new version of Belcotax-on-web is currently being prepared and is expected to be launched as early as February 2027. The objective is to offer the most user‑friendly application possible, supported by a high‑quality technical upgrade.
What is the deadline for the tax forms 2025?
The most well-known tax forms are the tax form 281.10 for the remuneration of workers and the tax form 281.20 for the remuneration of company managers. You must submit these forms this year by 28 February 2026 via Belcotax-on-web.
There are also other types of tax forms, depending on the type of income. The most common of these must also be submitted by 28 February 2026.

What is the purpose of tax forms?
As an employer, you pay various amounts to your workers and/or company managers, such as wages, allowances for commuter traffic, and benefits in kind. These amounts represent, on one hand, taxable income for the worker or company manager and, on the other hand, a deductible expense for you as the employer.
You must report these expenses on a tax form and communicate them to the tax authorities. Without this form, the expenses are not deductible.
Additionally, you must also provide tax forms to the worker or company manager receiving the income. For them, the tax form is important because it lists the income they must declare in their personal tax return.
Securex prepares and delivers your forms
Are you a customer of the Securex social secretariat? If so, we will prepare your tax forms within the legal deadlines and submit them via Belcotax-on-web. You only need to ensure that you have correctly and timely informed us about the wages and other benefits you have paid out in 2025.
Once the tax forms have been submitted to the tax authorities, we also ensure that your workers and/or company managers receive the necessary documents to complete and declare their personal tax. More and more employers and workers choose to do this electronically, for example via Doccle.
