Who must fill out this questionnaire?
The internal prevention advisor is responsible for drafting this report. Any employer who has at least one employee is required to appoint an "internal prevention advisor." This person represents the internal service (SIPP) within your company. If you employ fewer than 20 workers, the employer may take on this role themselves.
