We are currently looking for a new colleague for the following responsibilities:
- The core of your function is the calculation and payment of the salaries of your international clients who are foreign companies established in Belgium. A good guidance and clear explanation on Belgian payroll is key in our daily services.
- You will become the HR partner for our international clients and will develop a trust relationship.
- As soon as you start working, you will follow a complete training program that will allow you to juggle both social legislation and our payroll tools. And if you already know part of this, it's just a bonus...
- Every day, you have contacts with your clients with whom you establish a real collaboration and provide them with the socio-legal advices they need.
- You also often have contacts with your colleagues in the social secretariat but also with other departments. A function where you will not lack contact.
- Beyond the calculation of salaries, you also act as a sales representative when you detect that certain Securex products or services could help your customer to optimize the management of its personnel. You support and advise him in his HR development.
- After your training, you will work from our office in Brussels.
- Payroll Advisor is sometimes a stressful mission because it is important, where you will be autonomous but never alone and in which you can deploy your technical, relational and commercial talents.
