The professional world is evolving rapidly. Through all the societal changes we have been experiencing for several years, Securex is committed to identifying opportunities.
Recent experience tells us that it is essential today to imagine and create a more flexible professional environment meeting the new needs of workers. In this new professional approach, we no longer separate the worker from the individual. Each individual carries with them their professional and private ambitions and dreams. It's up to us to enable them to make these come true.
In order to achieve this, we are working on the creation of the New Way of Working at Securex. We hereby refer to a more flexible working environment where trust, autonomy and collaboration are the cornerstones.
This new framework is also a shared story. We support our clients and partners in this process so that they in turn can meet the needs of their community.
Finally, Securex is also a member of the "Pioneer Employer" Charter through which it undertakes to share its experiences, achievements and impressions regarding the New Way of Working.

Offer every individual the opportunity to access employment
The Securex Foundation's mission statement is to support the (re)integration of workers into the labour market. This mission is directly linked to our raison d'être: to support employment, entrepreneurship and project creation.
In order to achieve this, the Securex Foundation directly encourages social projects and associations that provide help and support for the (re)integration of people into the labour market. By doing so, we are putting our HR skills at the service of others.
