When developing a new building, warehouse, offices or even a new workstation, the design phase is the ideal time to request advice from our ergonomists. Together with you, the ergonomist will analyse the situation and provide concrete advice regarding the design plans, the implementation of zones, the choice of resources and/or equipment. This will help you prevent complaints and (more expensive) corrective interventions in the future.
An ergonomic evaluation can be part of your global prevention plan or take place when several employees within the same department suffer from certain complaints.
The intervention is at two levels:
You will receive a detailed report with practical measures and solutions to improve the workstation.
Even if just one employee is affected, you can call on our experts to carry out an ergonomic evaluation of the workstation in question. In this case, our expert will carry out an ergonomic observative intervention and, potential, a participative intervention. You will receive a report including practical solutions and improvement advice.
In many cases where posture complaints are involved, it is important to teach your employees new movements and a better posture. Our ergonomists can provide on-the-job training. Your employee will practice intensely and will then be able to integrate the right movements in his work method.
