Do not control all your employees just like that

Avoid embarrassing situations: A medical check on an employee who recently lost a family member, an employee undergoing chemo, ... Such checks will not benefit the relation with your employees.

Our power: To make a meaningful selection of absences that you should look into. To this end we use a number of objective criteria:

Take the person into account:

  • Employees that you cannot check during a given period;
  • Age and seniority;
  • sex;
  • Type of employee (e.g., blue or white-collar worker).

Take into account the type of absence:

  • frequency (e.g., starting from the first time, relapse, structural)
  • Duration (e.g., from the first day, the first week);
  • Absenteeism score/Bradford factor (starting from a certain ratio between the frequency of absenteeism and presence);

Take your own absenteeism figures into account:

  • Typical absenteeism days: Before a collective closure, before or after a holiday period, during school vacations,…
