Trauma does not disrupt
Traumatic events have a serious impact on your employees. And on you too. Their absence can disrupt your company or its activities. This is why Securex Health & Safety developed the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Direct support
EAP supports your employees – when they are having a difficult time. You can call round the clock, seven days a week. Then your performance and efficiency do not have to suffer due to a trauma.
EAP-basic – your first aid with trauma
Immediate advice and support
A traumatic event at work? EAP-basic takes care of your employees. Call us within 48 hours of the incident. You will then immediately receive concrete advice. And within 24 hours our expert him/herself will contact you for further support. This starts within three days, and consists of a maximum of three sessions during the first three months after the incident.
EAP-advanced – your safety net with a crisis
EAP-Advanced offers you basic support with traumas. And more.
- We assist you in the event of traumas. A road accident, a hold-up or carjacking? We also assist in the private life of you and your employees.
- We take care of you with life crises. Are you and your partner separating? Is your partner, child or grandchild seriously ill or the victim of a serious accident? Has one of them died? With our psychological support we help you through these serious life crises.
- We bring balance back into your life. Make use of our home care services. We take care of your children between three months and twelve years of age – twice and a maximum of ten days a year. Is your child ill? Notify us before 8 o'clock in the evening. Our home care service will then be at your door the following morning. Call before 9 o'clock in the morning? Your care service will be there by the afternoon.
- We organise your mobility. Are you (temporarily) physically immobile? You can and still want to work? We will be pleased to take you from your home to your work – and back. For this a budget of five hundred euros a year per employee is available.
