Step 4: draw up a concrete action plan
Our consultants will gather all the data in an action plan. But first we will thoroughly discuss all the steps with management and the key figures.
Concept action plan
The figures (quantitative) of the analysis and the results of the survey into the causes (qualitative) form the basis for our consultant's concept action plan. This will always include:
- Curative measures: Combat current problems;
- Preventative measures: Avoid new problems;
- Symptomatic measures: Target specific problems.
These measures almost always require action concerning safety, health, labour conditions and psycho-social aspects. These will be medical, technical and behavioural.
Management working committee
As soon as the steering committee has approved the concept, we will gather management in a working committee concerning the action plan. The company’s structure will determine who is present.
During the workshop, we will look for concrete support for the plan and request that all key figures take their responsibility as soon as we start effectively implementing the plan.
