How is this supervision organised in practice?

- Appointing an occupational health physician and an introduction to your company
We appoint an occupational health physician who is familiar with the industry and region in which your company is located. What’s more, our physician will then integrate himself within your company. He will regularly visit your company, will advise you on real improvements and will attend the meeting of the CPBW (Committee for Prevention and Protection at work) at least twice a year.
- Analysis of the work conditions of your employees
Our occupational health physician will examine the individual work conditions of each of your employees carefully and will draw up a list of employees who require medical supervision. He will also examine how the employee’s work station can be improved and will propose measures.
He will also check the other legal provisions, such as the presence of a first aid kit or the know-how of the certified health professional.
- Medical supervision
We will contact you ourselves, when it’s time to organise a medical exam for your employees. We will also submit the list of employees to you and will set the appointment in joint consultation with you. Of course, you determine the most suitable time for this. If you prefer to do this yourself, then you can also book medical exams via E-med yourself.
For the exam, your employees can visit any of our 18 medical centres, 160 dispensaries or mobile Medical Cars, which we will drive up to the gates of your company upon your request.
- Proposals for improvements
The occupational health physician does not only carry out medical exams. He also provides health education and information, will watch out for drug and alcohol abuse, etc. He will also review your company and employees based on our specific welfare vision: It has proven that happy employees perform extremely well. He will thus constantly formulate proposals aimed at improving the welfare of your employees.
