Securex Research Center
The Securex Group has its own highly capable Research Center. This centre carried out scientific research, which we use as a basis for our advice to customers and partners.
The Research Center thus publishes various studies (white papers) every year, which deal with themes that tie in with human resources.
To this end, a multidisciplinary team gathers, analyses and interprets all types of data pertaining to various HR aspects. This of course in close collaboration with the academic world.
The Research Center also makes use of the extensive database and studies carried out by our External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work, our Social Secretariat and our Medical Control department.
Next tot this, the centre also bases itself on the results of the comparative studies as regards motivation, well-being, stress, absenteeism and satisfaction at work, which it organises every year.
