Why study satisfaction in your organisation?
HR specialists automatically focus more on employees who join and leave. You may formulate a strong employee induction and exit policy in this connection. And you surround them with special benefits. Since this will keep them satisfied.
However, this is not the group that has the greatest impact on your bottom line. On the contrary: your current staff is far more important. That is why the satisfaction model investigates whether your current employees are happy in your company. And the reasons for the same.
How do we study satisfaction?
The satisfaction model is a perception model: we therefore focus on the opinions of your employees about their own satisfaction.
Your employees will be presented with a questionnaire concerning eleven Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Job content
- Working conditions
- Compensation and benefits
- Management
- Motivation and commitment
- Career
- Values and culture
- Teamwork and colleagues
- Communication
- Openness to change
- Change mangement
What results can you expect?
Each KPI from the study is assigned a unique place in the impact diagram. This helps you find out which aspects most affect the satisfaction level of your employees, so that you can draw up a specific action plan. In addition, you will also understand the turnover plans of your employees. We do this by using the turnover predictor. This predicts to what extent your organisation may lose employees in the short term.
After our study, our consultants will provide you with policy-supportive advice. They will clarify the figures and tables, and provide you with instructions on how to increase the satisfaction of your employees.
What is the scientific basis of our satisfaction model?
Securex developed the satisfaction model in collaboration with industrial psychologists, statisticians, the academic world, and HR consultants. It takes into account the latest scientific literature and uses an extensive Belgian database of benchmark data to compare your results.
