Step 1: preliminary phase (3 to 4 weeks)

We shall jointly determine the purpose of the investigation and draw up a plan. We shall then refine our basic surveys and fine-tune the details of your business: customised questionnaires, specific target groups, special methods of data collection, timing, etc. Finally, we design an internal communication path to prepare your employees for the investigation.
 

Step 2: measurement (4 to 5 weeks)

Your employees reply to questions at work or at home, individually or in groups via an online or hard copy questionnaire. That does not take longer than a quarter of an hour. If they have any questions and problems, they can contact our own specialised helpdesk.
We collect the data in a confidential manner and provide regular feedback about the response level. We then check and process the integrity and completeness of the responses, and conduct statistical analyses. After comparison with the benchmark, we present the same in clear, readily understandable reports. The relevant and policy-supporting information will be provided to you so that you do not have an excessive amount of data to study. Time savings that allow you to interpret al this  and take immediate action.
Via a handy online toolset, you always have access to the results anywhere.
 

Step 3: Follow-up stages (3 to 6 months)
