Why assess and evaluate the risks in your business (RIE)?
The welfare law of August 4, 1996 and the Collective Labour Agreement no. 72 oblige you to implement an active stress policy and to detect and address all the stress risks in your company. This will reduce the work pressure on your staff and simultaneously increase their added value.
In short: The RIE model helps you fulfil your legal obligations and improve the performance of your teams.
How do we detect risks in your business?
The RIE model is a perception model: we therefore focus on the opinions of your employees concerning the risks at your workplace.
Your employees will receive a questionnaire concerning four stress risks. We will obtain your company score on a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Job content
- Working conditions
- Terms of employment
- Labour relations
What results can you expect?
After our study, you shall receive clear reports and graphics with the results and policy-supportive advice. They immediately show you where the shoe pinches, and how you can intervene. Our consultants, ergonomists, prevention advisers and company doctors are always available to implement a targeted action plan to prevent or eliminate the risks in the four stress risk areas.
What is the scientific basis of our stress model?
The RIE model was developed by Securex in collaboration with professors, prevention advisers and company doctors. It uses an extensive Belgian database of benchmark data to compare your results.
The model is fully compliant with the specific requirements of Collective Labour Agreement no. 72 and the ‘stress avoidance’ text published by NAR (National Labour Council), based on the same.
The model also conforms to the latest legislation on this subject (published in the Belgian Official Gazette concerning the last amendment of the law: 06/06/2007).
