Securex has conceived Isypass so that you can input the monthly work of your employees. A user-friendly, fast and personalized application, which enables decentralized data gathering. Your HR Department will no longer be the only one that can input work! This software also allows you to manage the identification data of your personnel in order to ensure that wages are correctly calculated.
How to use Isypass?
The software is installed locally on your PCs. Your teams can use it anywhere and everywhere, even in the field, without an Internet connection. After having identified himself and chosen his preferred language, the user has access to different screens.
- Work module
Input the hours that employees worked and any absences of workers.- For work: site/project, normal hours, night-time work, overtime, number of kilometres, etc.
- For absences: number of hours and type of absence.
- Identification of employee data module (optional)
You can input the complete data (e.g., name, contract number, dates, etc.) of workers, that are required for a correct calculation of wages by our social secretariat.
- Closing screen
When shutting down the programme, it will automatically determine which timesheets have to be sent to Securex. There are two possibilities:- you send them directly to your Client Adviser, by e-mail
- you upload them to other Securex applications (Magistral lite®, Magistral ASP® or hraccent®)
- Synoptic view
All the work inputted is available at a glance. All data are presented in a chart. There are three ways of visualizing data:- total by cost centre
- total per person
- detailed overview per day
User-friendliness first and foremost
Are you familiar with Excel? Then you will take to Isypass like a fish to water! The interface resembles an Excel data sheet, with a host of parameters according to your requirements. All the same functions are at your disposal: copy/paste, duplicating data, using formulas and macros, etc. The rows are for the days worked, while the columns list the type of work and absences. All you need to do is input your working hours in the right cells.
