In-depth legal analysis
The legal audit can be compared to an in-depth control by the National Social Security Office. The goal is to check whether your company applies legislation correctly and to advance potential points for attention. The four steps of the legal audit
A legal audit of your company will be carried out based on phased process comprising four steps:
- Preparations: Gathering documents
In preparation of his visit, our consultant will send you a list of documents to be gathered, such as the work regulations, employment contracts, policies, CLAs, pay slips, individual accounts and HR files.
- Analysis of documents
In the second phase, our consultant will meet with your HR Manager, your HR Adviser, your Comp & Ben Manager, etc. and carefully analyse the documents he or she received, while drawing up a series of question based on the audit questionnaire.
- The audit report
After the meeting, our consultant will review your juridical documents and will draw up a complete audit report including his conclusions and recommendations, which are tailored to your company. This report includes an analysis of the:
- socio-economic context
- Industrial legal framework
- Organization of working hours
- Internal regulations
- Existing employment contracts
- Potential special status of part-time employees, temps and expats
- Follow-up presentation and recommendations
After your company has been audited, we will send you our audit report and then provide for a verbal presentation at your offices. At your request, the recommendations of the report can be carried out and/or followed up by Securex.
