The five indicators are:
- absenteeism : The number of days not worked due to illness or accidents in one's private life;
- safety : The number of days not worked following an occupational accident;
- employee turnover : Compared with the total workforce;
- seniority : Average seniority of the workers in your organization;
- age : Average age of the workers in your organization.
First we compare the data for each client with the data of his joint committee, and then, if necessary, with general market data in order to provide scores, that are the most relevant to be communicated.
How to interpret your results?
You will receive personalized and individual results for each indicator and each quarter in the shape of a progress bar, which turns from green to red. The greener and the shorter the bar, the more favourable your score is compared with the market. Your results can thus be:
- Less favourable than the market: Your scores for the five indicators are lower than the market scores;
- In line with the market: Your scores for the five indicators are comparable to market scores;
- More favourable than the market: Your scores for the five indicators are higher than the market scores;
