Career counselling and coaching for high potentials

1. A good start
We start with an initial interview intended to define mutual expectations. The employee and the coach together determine the objectives and priorities and list the points for action. This is where Securex's unique coaching plan is significant: it makes things clear to all the parties involved, allows control over the progress and sets deadlines.

2. A coaching process that consists of six monthly sessions
We offer your employee the space to experiment with new behaviour in role-play and exercises. Your employee will thus develop his personal skills and learn how to better integrate them into the company. The coach’s role is very varied: from spokesperson to the devil's advocate, over the status of sparring partner during role-play.

3. Interim evaluation
Does the schedule need to be adapted? Should we move the targets? Are we seeing poor performance or, conversely, are we moving faster than expected? Whatever the results of the interim evaluation, we adapt the plan to reality ... not the reverse.

4. Feedback
We do not leave your organisation after the coaching process has been completed. We write a detailed report on the progress and achievements. We also set out a career path for the following years. In order to perpetuate your employee's desire to develop within your company.
