Opti-Time Plus is a time registration system that is linked to the Social Secretariat Securex via the Internet. It gathers information about hours worked, sick leave, holidays and other absences in one application and then automatically and transparently carries out wage calculations.
Easy to use
- The only thing you require is a pc and an Internet connection.
- You can have one or more small terminals installed in your company, depending on your requirements. Each terminal is connected with Securex via the Internet.
- Every employee receives a badge, which he holds up to the terminal upon entering and leaving the company. The system thus logs the time effectively worked.
- At the end of the wage period, you will be able to view all the performances of the past month on the screen of your pc and adjust them where necessary. Your adjustments are then automatically integrated into the payroll calculation.
- The data registered are then sent via the Internet to the Social Secretariat Securex, which uses this information for payroll calculation purposes.
- You approve the calculations online and the payroll records are ready.
